Fantasy Design for Children

Kore has been involved with art and architecture since birth, born to an artist mother and architect-urban planner father in a co-operative artist colony. While growing up on the East Coast, she attended art classes at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

Her teenage years were spent in the Middle East and Europe, where she graduated from Ecole Internationale in Geneva, Switzerland. After graduating from the School of Architecture at Cornell University and the School of Interior Design at UCLA, she worked for several firms in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, specializing in large commercial projects, including hotels, museums and country clubs.

After the birth of her son, she established her own design firm, ABC, Architecture Befriending Children, which specializes in residential interiors for families and children’s environments. Her emphasis is on collaborative design for children and The IMAGINE PLAYSHOPS.
