1. General Terms

  • Woander World LLC provides creative classes, events, and immersive storytelling experiences.

  • All content on our Websites is owned by Woander World LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woander World is not liable for damages arising from your participation in our services or use of our Websites.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.

2. Classes & Events (woander.store)

  • Registration and payment are required in advance.

  • Refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by our Sales & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that children participating in classes and events are able to safely participate.

  • Spots may be transferred to another participant in accordance with our Sales & Returns Policy.

3. Shows (wyldingwoods.com)

  • Tickets for Wylding Woods shows are sold through TicketSpice. TicketSpice’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to those transactions.

  • Age Recommendation: Wylding Woods is recommended for ages 5 and up. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Participation Disclaimer: Shows may include dim lighting, sound effects, and interactive elements. Participation is at your own risk.

  • Liability Waiver: By attending, you agree to release Woander World LLC from liability for personal injury, illness, or property damage, except as prohibited by law.

  • Photography/Video: Guests may take photos or short videos for personal memories or personal social media promotion. Commercial photography or video requires prior written consent.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Websites or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Distribute harmful software or spam.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
