Product Purchases

1. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

2. Opened products are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in resalable condition.

3. Special order items and clearance sales are final and non-refundable.

Game Nights or 1 Day Classes

1. Full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event.

2. Store credit issued for cancellations made 24-48 hours before the event.

3. No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, but customers may transfer their spot to a friend.

Classes with 2 or more days

1. Full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the first class.

2. Store credit issued for cancellations made 24-48 hours before the first class.

3. No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the first class.

4. Once the first class has begun, no refund will be made.

Additional Terms

• All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and refunds.

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if items are damaged or misused.
