Product Purchases

1. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

2. Opened products are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in resalable condition.

3. Special order items and clearance sales are final and non-refundable.

Game Nights or 1 Day Classes

1. Full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event less any payment processing fees.

2. 50% refund issued for cancellations made 24-48 hours before the event.

3. No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, but customers may transfer their spot to a friend.

Classes with 2 or more days

1. Full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the first class, less any payment processing fees.

2. 50% refund issued for cancellations made between 2 - 7 days before the first class.

3. No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 days before the first class, but customers may transfer their spot to a friend.

Additional Terms

• All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and refunds.

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if items are damaged or misused.
